I recently visited Queenstown and used John Yates for our airport transfers as well as days out as Mum isn’t very mobile. Jonny was always on time, very efficient, informative and very, very kind with my mother. We managed to make the most of our time with the most scenic drives whilst seeing and doing the things we wanted to see and do. His recommendations for lunch and wine tasting were spot on. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone in the future.

My wife and I used Johnny for a day trip of the Central Otago wine region from QT Queenstown. He came highly recommended by the hotel and for good reason. Johnny responded to emails almost instantly with great suggestions and offering thoughts. He was 15 minutes early to the hotel and was accommodating, professional, and great company. Johnny was really flexible throughout the day and really cared about us making the most of it. Put it this way, at the end we both gave him a big hug. Highly recommend!
